By using the Janah website or the Terminal J app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

Janah provides travel companion tools: live flight data, flight status, airport information, and supporting services such as eSIM and Passport Link. The service is provided for guidance to assist you during your travel.

Janah aggregates information from third-party providers, and this data may be delayed or inaccurate, for which we accept no responsibility. All information shown is for guidance only. The sole official source for your flight status, gate, and times is the airline or airport. Any decision you make based on our data is your own responsibility.

The service is for personal use. The following are prohibited: automated data extraction (scraping), systematic data collection, commercial use without permission, any attempt to harm the website or its servers, and impersonating Janah or implying an official relationship with us.

All content, design, and trademarks, including “Janah” and “Terminal J” and their logos, are owned by us. No part may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

The eSIM and Passport Link services are provided through third parties and on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee their continued availability or freedom from faults, and their use is subject to the terms of their respective providers.

Your use of the Terminal J app is also subject to the Google Play Store terms. We may update the app from time to time, and older versions may stop working.

Janah is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website or app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, and downtime may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change or discontinue the service, at any time. Changes are published on this page, and your continued use afterward constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
